To Counter Negative Major Media Imagery About China, Show The People

Writing in SupChina, Thomas Bird reviews the book, “Rooms Within China”. Twenty respected contemporary photographers contributed 100 images to create the publication, which hopes to “make China visible again” and present a more realistic view of what China is like today. The 240 page book, created by the Tofu Collective was funded by two Danish Cultural foundations and is available at Tofu Collective and Photography of China.
