NW Film Center Needs Help Surviving Virus Lockdown

Like most businesses, it’s tough to make ends meet because the coronavirus requires social distancing, which reduces the ability of customers to pay for goods and services. The Northwest Film Center shows films and new media in an auditorium setting, and teaches classes—hard to do under current conditions.

Amy Dotson, the Film Center Director and Curator of Film and New Media at the Portland Art Museum is asking for donations to reach 2020 funding goals. The Center showcases both local and global voices, and works to give voice to historically underrepresented/marginalized artists. We need that kind of information to guide our recovery from the pandemic. Please give what you can! (It’s fully tax-deductible.)
