Covid-Safe Lantern Viewing At Lan Su Garden 2/18~21 & 2/25~28

Portland’s Lan Su Chinese Garden celebrates Chinese New Year with special Lantern Viewing Evening tickets, designed to keep everybody safe while enjoying the garden. Ticket restricted entry at 6pm, 7pm, and 8pm, plus required masking and no hands-on activities or performances should provide essential distancing. It will be a magical evening, with red lantern illumination and reflections in the water elements. This event will be held rain, shine, or cold. No outside food, beverages, or chairs allowed.

A special feature this year is an 18’ Phoenix sculpture lantern donated by the All Chinese Heritage Integrity Empowerment Fund (ACHIEF). The Garden Teahouse will offer to-go food and beverage service.
