LightBox Presents 11th International Juried Exhibition Of Photographic Nudes
Oregon’s LightBox Gallery in Astoria extends its decade-long annual exhibition of fine art nude photography with an opening Saturday, February 12, 2022 at noon. The gallery will be open until 7pm, showing 40 images from 29 participants. The event closes on March 8.
Dedicated to the creative spirit of Ruth Bernhard, the series intends to expand understanding of the fine art nude form as expressed in photographic media. Gallery Directors, Michael and Chelsea Granger, are the jurors. PPF members scanning the following list of participants will notice a few PPF members in the show: Angel O’Brien, Allan Barnes, Sam Blair, Charlie Noble, Paul Cunningham, Dave Levingston, David Tucker, Donald McDonald, E. E. McCollum, Felix Martin, Gary Samson, Jeff Mathison, Lance Pressl, Malcolm Lobban, Marc McVey, Mark Dierker, Max Hinz, Michael Snively, Michael Duncan, Michael Kelly-Dewitt, Michael Puff, Paul B. Goode, Lynnda Sorensen, Paul Sharratt, Terry Thompson, Thomas Robinson, Walt Duddington, Patrick Whitaker, Julie Moore. An on-line gallery of all the images will become available after opening night.
The gallery works to create a safe environment for guests and members. You must be vaccinated and you must wear a good mask to enter. Events are by reservation only. All workshops students are prescreened and limited in number.
