1854 Media And British Journal Of Photography Sold To New Owners

In an email sent early this morning, 1854 Media and the BJP announced that the companies had been sold. Marc Hartog, the former CEO and 1854 Chairman stepped away and formed another firm known as Art3, which specializes in non-fungible token (NFT) exchanges. To assist Mr. Hartog in his new endeavor, 1854 Media will allow Art3 to make NFTs of the winners of 1854 contests for the next two years. 1854 says it “…has no intention of pursuing any further NFT-related partnerships beyond this. “
