“Light Conversations Vol 3” Projection Show & “Collective Rage” Exhibits Open 8/25/2022
The Smalltalk Collective, founded by Audra Osborne, Jennifer Timmer Trail, Kristy Hruska, and Marico Fayre, curates an annual community event/pop-up projection show called “Light Conversations.” The third edition in this series will be held August 25, 2022 at the Oregon Center for Contemporary Arts, 8371 N Interstate Ave, Portland, OR 97217. The event features local, national, and international artists. A group show featuring images selected from the projection show will hang at the Strange Paradise Gallery later this year.
In tandem with Light Conversations, you may also attend the opening night of COLLECTIVE RAGE, a show about reproductive + bodily autonomy rights. All of the print sales will be donated to the National Network of Abortion Funds. Purchasing a print will help to make some noise about recent attacks on human rights!
