December 21 Virtual Holiday Party Updates

Doors open at 6:45pm for the Portland Photographers’ Forum Annual Holiday Party! The Board of Directors is getting extra creative in finding ways to virtually celebrate our old traditions.

To donate a door prize, please notify Carol Isaak or Susan Turner. They will coordinate the list of prizes and issue each attendee a “virtual door prize ticket.” Random drawings will occur throughout the night. Donators will deliver the prizes to the Winners.

To participate in the Print Swap, please notify Walt Duddington of your intention. Then, prepare the one matted print you plan to give away. Prints can be of any size. When a lucky Member draws your image, be prepared to hold it up to the camera on your Zoom computer. If you give away a print, you will receive a print. (FYI-The December 14 President’s Newsletter has a link about the best way to mail prints.) Remember to notify Walt that you will be participating-did I mention that already?

Snacks and drinks are BYO. You know this group-there is a high chance of toasting, singing, and various other kinds of spontaneous fun. For example, we will introduce the Board Members for 2021, and show off the entries to the December Photo Challenge in a slide show.

Look for your Zoom invitation on Friday, December 18 and be ready to party on Monday, December 21.
