Women War Photographers

For International Womens’ Rights Day, (March 8, 2022) The Paris Liberation Museum curated an exhibition honoring female war photographers. Eight women—Lee Miller, Gerda Taro, Catherine Leroy, Christine Spengler, Françoise Demulder), Susan Meiselas, Carolyn Cole, and Anja Niedringhaus—producing work over almost eight decades of war. This display rated two hankies.
